I don’t know how many George’s there are in Greece, and just how many of them drive taxi. But there’s this one George who is considered the most famous taxi driver in all of Athens.

Flying is undeniably the easiest and fastest way to go to Greece. And I don’t mean using the broomstick or Aladdin’s magic carpet, because, there are a lot of Greece airlines that offer trips in and out of the country.

Most ancient Greece Houses were made of stone and clay. These houses could have one or two levels. The floors, walls and ceilings were made out of tiles or pebbles. Mosaics were also formed to have a more elegant design in the house. With the use of colored pebbles, and arranging them to form a desired pattern, different mosaics were created.

Economy basically involves the use of goods by a society. This usually involves money and trading. But economy for the ancient Greeks actually meant ‘laws of the household’. ‘Eco’ is from the Greek word “oikos” which meant “house”, and ‘nomy’ meant “law” – and thus ‘laws of the house’ or ‘rules of the house’. This was more on a micro perspective of what economy means.

For those considered to be male chauvinists, men in ancient Greece did not seem to be bothered by the fact that they wore basically the same thing as the women were. If there were jeans available in ancient Greece, would they have opted for those?
